The problem

Indie founders ship product but waste hours every week reinventing the same distribution playbook — landing copy, cold-outreach lists, launch-day choreography. Knowledge stays trapped in private Slack DMs.

Our approach

A small invite-only co-op (5-12 people max) where every member commits to one async growth experiment per month and shares the post-mortem. Members trade audience access on launch day and review each other's landing pages weekly.

Where we are

Currently 7 active members shipping in the same loop. Combined audience: ~12K X followers + 4K newsletter subscribers. Three members hit their first $1K MRR after joining.

Where we're going

By 2027, the default first-stop for any solo SaaS founder hitting $0 → $10K MRR. Distribution-as-a-coop, not distribution-as-a-course.
